#2 Quinton de Kock
The South African opener has been a regular member of the side across all 3 formats for quite some time now. He came to the fore after scoring 3 ODIÂ hundreds on the trot against Indian in 2013. The left-hander had already scored 5 centuries by the time he reached 20 ODIs. Being just 24-year-old, de Kock has already featured in 20 Tests, 82 ODIs and 30 T20Is.
He possesses excellent averages across formats and is a reliable batsman. The wicketkeeper-batsman has been increasingly compared to the legendary Australian Adam Gilchrist for the similarities in the games of the two. With the superlative batting abilities, he is sure to be counted in the future amongst the best batsmen that the country ever produced.
