Well, there is a possibility that the IPL auctions 2024 will likely take place in the Gulf country, Dubai. The tentative window for the same has been announced to be on December 15 to 19, even though these dates fall on week-days. Although no official notification has been sent to IPL franchises regarding the venue, the BCCI has certainly informed them of the possibility of hosting the auction in Dubai only.

Previously in 2023, the BCCI had decided to hold an auction in Turkey’s Istanbul but later changed the venue to Kochi.
