England wicketkeeper-batter took his Insta handle to share this experience. Sharing a photo of that flight he wrote, ‘ Last leg incoming…. Been some trip.’ he said this journey is utter chaos. He put this story at night. Finally, they arrived in India on the morning of September 29.
England’s fixtures ahead of the World Cup:
Before the main World Cup matches, England will play two warm-up matches one against India and the other one against Bangladesh on September 30 and October 3. Games will be arranged at Barsapara Stadium, Guwahati. They will start their campaign on October 5 against New Zealand at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
They were the defending champions in the last edition. England will play matches around India throughout the World Cup. They are on a good rhythm before the World Cup. Josh Buttler will lead the team in the tournament.
