Our camp in Mysore has been crucial for team bonding, and we’ve had productive practice sessions,” said Nair. He also mentioned that while his focus remains on leading the team to victories, he is determined to replicate his success from the previous season.
Nair’s leadership and experience will be vital for the Warriors as they aim to start their campaign on a winning note against the Shivamogga Lions. The Lions, under the captaincy of Nihal Ullal, will also be looking to make a strong start, making this match one to watch.
Tournament Structure and Schedule
The M Chinnaswamy Stadium will host all the matches of this season, with the league games scheduled from August 15 to August 29. The tournament will follow a round-robin format, with each team facing their opponents twice. The top four teams at the end of the league stage will qualify for the semifinals, which are set for August 30 and 31. The season will culminate in the final, scheduled for September 1, where the top two teams will battle for the coveted Maharaja Trophy.
