After the T20 World Cup, India is touring to Zimbabwe to play a five-match T20 Series. After winning two consecutive matches, Team India took the lead of the series. On July 13, both are set to face each other in the fourth match of the series. Before stepping into the game, Team India made an interesting change. Riyan Parag is not playing the match. No Riyan in the Fourth match:
A few days ago, Team India lifted their second T20 World Cup trophy. After that, as the senior players are on rest, a young squad is traveling to Zimbabwe for a five-match T20 series. Shubman Gill is leading the squad. After facing a setback in the first match, Team India made a remarkable comeback.
After performing well in the recently ended IPL, Riyan Parag received his maiden India call-up. In his debut in the second T20I match of the series. The debut was forgettable for the youngster as he departed scoring only 2 runs.
Before stepping into the fourth game, Team India underwent an interesting game. Riyan Parag is missing out on the game. As there is no official update on that. But it is most like a strategic change. Team management opted for Shivam Dube for the all-round position.
Toss Update:
In the beginning of the game, Team India won the match. After winning the toss, captain Shubman Gill said, “We’ll bowl first. Looks like a fresh wicket. Hopefully, there’s going to be something in it for the fast bowlers. The death bowling is where we can improve. We got a little complacent (in the previous match). Tushar Deshpande makes his debut in place of Avesh Khan.”
