“I do not have an account on X” Sara Tendulkar Disclosed the Fake Account on ‘X’ in Her Name and Alerted Her Fans

Something similar happened with Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter Sara Tendulkar. She alerted netizens about her fake account on ‘X’. That account is spreading irrelevant content about her which is misleading the fans.

What is the Matter?

Sara Tendulkar is a familiar face on social media. She is very active on Instagram. She keeps posting about her life and interests. Fans wait to see Sara’s post. She has a huge number of followers on social media. In between this, on the ‘X’ platform, a fake ID of Sara Tendulkar was spreading news and making mysterious posts from that account. That fake account has more than 262k followers on ‘X’.

The account was posting irrelevant news on social media using her name and photos. She was getting criticized for those reasons. Some edited pic of her is spreading all over the internet. Sara was there in the match during the World Cup in a couple of matches of India. A lot of news speculated on her after that. After knowing this, she took her social media handle to inform her fans. But after some time, she deleted that post.

Sara’s Words on this Matter:

After this incident happened, Sara gave a strong message to all the people. On Instagram, She wrote, “ Social media is a wonderful space for all of us to share our joys, sorrows, and daily activities. However, it is disconcerting to see the misuse of technology as it takes away from the truth and authenticity of the internet. I have come across some deep fake photos of me which are far from reality.”

After that, she mentioned the fake account and wrote, “ @SaraTendulkar_ on ‘X’( formally Twitter) declares itself as parody but has obviously been created with an intent to personate me and mislead people. I do not have an account on X and I hope X looks into such accounts and suspends them.”

Lastly, she said,” Entertainment should never come at the expense of the truth. Let’s encourage communication that’s based on trust and reality.”
