Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell pulled off exceptionally well against Netherlands in today’s match as the 35-year old cricketer scored the fastest World Cup century in the tournament’s history. He went on to smash a staggering 106-run century off 44 deliveries. While Maxwell struck the fastest ton, David Warner scored his second successive ton of the tournament amounting to 104 runs. Steve Smith also made a fine score of 71 leading Australia to a swashbuckling score of 399 runs.
