India vs Pakistan for the T20 World Cup was held on 9 June, India won by 6 runs and Pakistan faced defeat. The Pakistan team was also dismissed from the ICC tournament prematurely as they lost 2 matches, won 1 and abandoned the last due to rain in the group stage.
