In the 65th match, Rajasthan Royals faced Punjab Kings at the Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati. After winning the toss, Rajasthan Royals skipper Sanju Samson opted to bat first. While batting first, Yashasvi Jaiswal was dismissed on 4 runs. After that, Tom Kohler-Cadmore scored 18 runs in 23 balls. Skipper Sanju Samson scored 18 runs and walked away.
When Rajasthan was under pressure, Riyan Parag and Ravichandran Ashwin held the innings. On that crucial point, Riyan Parag played an innings of 48 runs in 34 balls. Ashwin scored 28 runs in 19 balls. After that, their batting lineup was shattered. Trent Boult added 12 runs in the end. In 20 overs, they scored 144 runs.
