Kolkata Knight Riders may miss their last match hero Rahul Tripathi during the second part of IPL 2021 final. While KKR are set to chase a huge target in the final today agaisnt CSK, Tripathi in injury is not a good sign for them.
Rahul Tripathi became instant sensation after hitting six in the last over to take KKR to final. He could have been the hat-trick wicket of Ravichandran Ashwin but instead showed his maturity to become the saviour. Tripathi is one of main players from Kolkata top order and also is a part of their Indian core team.
During the final of IPL 2021, Tripathi was seen leaving the group in the 7th over of first innings. He injured himself during fielding and was visibly in pain. So he had to leave the group making all KKR fans upset.
Meanwhile, Chennai Super Kings despite losing the toss, went to smash boundaries after boundaries to set a target of 193 for KKR. Faf du Plessis ended as the hero with a brilliant 86.
