IPL 2024 Points Table: Updated After CSK vs RR and RCB vs DC Match No. 61 and 62

RCB Triumphed Over DC:

In the 62nd match of IPL 2024, Royal Challengers Bengaluru clashed with Delhi Capitals at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. Opting to bat first after winning the toss, Bengaluru displayed stellar batting prowess. Despite Faf du Plessis’ early dismissal, Virat Kohli and Will Jacks anchored the innings. Jacks scored 41 off 29 balls, while Rajat Patidar contributed 52 off 32 balls. An unbeaten 32 by Cameron Green propelled them to a formidable total of 187/9 in 20 overs.

In response, Delhi Capitals struggled against Bengaluru’s bowlers. Despite Sai Hope’s notable 29 runs, the team faltered against the bowling attack. Axar Patel’s valiant half-century was in vain as they managed only 140 runs. Bengaluru’s bowlers, led by Yash Dayal with three wickets, and supported by Lockie Ferguson and Swapnil Singh, secured a convincing 47-run victory.
