In a video making waves on social media, Indian fast-bowler Jasprit Bumrah expressed his displeasure with a commentator referring to him as a “right-arm medium pacer.” The clip shows a young Bumrah correcting the commentator, clarifying that he is a “right-arm fast bowler.”

Bumrah, 30, is currently regarded as one of the best bowlers in the world. His recent performances in the T20 World Cup 2024 were nothing short of spectacular. With 15 wickets across eight matches, Bumrah played a pivotal role in India’s triumph, earning the Player of the Tournament title as India claimed the trophy by defeating South Africa in the final.

Although he has not played a competitive match since the final, Bumrah will return to action in the upcoming Test series against Bangladesh, starting September 19 in Chennai.
