Liam Livingstone who is a member of Rajasthan Royals in IPL decided to quit this year’s Indian Premier League. The reason of his departure is the bio-bubble fatigue, reportedly. We understand and respect his decision, and will continue supporting him in any way we can.”

Livingstone has been part of multiple bio- bubbles since last six months. At first he was part of bubble as a member of England team that toured South Africa late last year followed by part of the Big Bash League bubble for his two-month long stint with Perth Scorchers. Blow for Rajasthan Royals

Livingstone’s departure is one more blow for the franchise. The franchise is already without their star pacer Jofra Archer and first choice overseas English player Ben Stokes. Liam Livingstone is not the first player to leave this tournament citing the bio-bubble fatigue. Ahead of start of IPL, Josh Hazlewood (CSK), Joshua Philippe (RCB) and Mitchell Marsh (SRH) pulled out of the league for the same reason. A number of England players decided to leave the Big Bash this winter, too for the bio-bubble fatigue. The names include Tom Banton and Tom Curran.
