Rangpur Riders needed wickets early on but their pacers did not impress, it was not until their spinners came one, they managed to pick wickets. However, they then needed wickets in heaps and failed to get that. Can't really blame the bowling though as they did well to take it till the 19th over. They just did not have enough runs on the board. Another 20 runs and things could have been different.
Quite an easy chase in the end for Fortune Barishal and we never doubted this after they restricted Rangpur Riders out for a small score. The key for them small partnerships throughout the innings. There wasn't one stand out batter or one big partnership but they had a number of them throughout and that is what they needed. A really good win for them against a strong Rangpur Riders side.
