MNT VS SSS MATCH 11

Match number 11 of the Legends League Cricket, 2024 sees a clash between defending champions Manipal Tigers and Southern Super Stars at the Lalabhai Contractor Stadium in Surat. Thus far, the Surat leg of the competition has been a no-show given the amount of rain that has fallen in the area and with some more inclement weather on the horizon, we would need some sort of a miracle for this game to happen. However, the rain has been away for a bit and if the same thing remains true on matchday, we might finally get a game in for the first time in Surat. The Tigers have now been a part of three matches and have just a couple of points to show for it because of the abandoned games. The match that they did play was the opening match of the season against Konark Suryas Odisha in Jodhpur and they narrowly lost that one by 2 runs. On the flip side, Southern Super Stars played 3 matches in the Jodhpur leg of the competition and managed to win all three of those games which puts them in pole position and given that all other teams have already lost some ground in this leg, the Super Stars are in a great position to make the playoffs.
