A lucky escape for Tony de Zorzi! Shah bashes the hard length, nipping back in, on middle and leg, Tony de Zorzi tries to turn it away on the leg side with a closed bat face but closes the bat face early and gets a leading edge that balloons and drops in front of the sliding Naseem Shah in his follow-through.

FOUR! Bavuma is up and running! Full and shaping back in, on middle and leg, Bavuma stays balanced in the crease and brings his wrists into play. Clips it between mid-wicket and mid on for a boundary.

Wide! Starts off on a back of a length, well, outside off, nipping away, Tony de Zorzi lets it go for a wide.
All in readiness for the chase to commence. As per the broadcasters, the DLS revised target for South Africa is 308 in 47 overs. It will be the left-hand right-hand combination of Tony de Zorzi and Temba Bavuma to open the innings for the hosts. Shaheen Afridi will kickstart the proceedings with the ball for Pakistan. Two slips in place. Here we go!
... THE RUN CHASE ...
For a change, we can say the weather is looking good. Now, about the pitch. It is looking a belter but you need to spend some time on it before playing your shifts. Additionally, there is some grip and turn for the spinners and spin has been an achilles heel for South Africa in this series. Maybe, given that this is Jo'burg where chasing is considered the norm, all the hosts might want to do is just check what happened on 12th March, 2006. Might serve as a good inspiration to avoid the whitewash. Please stay tuned for their reply.
