Olympic shooter Manu Bhaker, who made a remarkable debut at the Paris Games, clinched two bronze medals: one in the 10m Air Pistol event and another in the 10m Mixed Team Air Pistol with Sarabjot Singh. Bhaker’s performance in the 25m Air Pistol event saw her narrowly miss out on a third medal, finishing fourth. Her achievements not only elevated India’s medal tally but also showcased her exceptional talent on the global stage.
Following her historic Olympic campaign, Bhaker is set to take a three-month break from competitive shooting, as announced by her coach Jaspal Rana. This hiatus aims to provide her with a period of rest and recovery, allowing her to recharge and return with renewed focus and determination.

During her break, Bhaker had the opportunity to meet with Indian T20I skipper Suryakumar Yadav.
