 Notably, three of the sixes were off no-balls, adding to Robinson’s woes. This incident follows shortly after England spinner Shoaib Bashir leaked 38 runs in an over for Worcestershire against Surrey’s Dan Lawrence, highlighting a series of expensive bowling spells in the tournament.

Leicestershire’s Louis Kimber took full advantage of Sussex bowler Ollie Robinson’s erratic bowling in the 59th over. Kimber capitalized on Robinson’s short deliveries, hitting him for five sixes, three of which were off no-balls, and three fours. Robinson’s overstepping three times during the nine-ball over further compounded his woes.

He then cut Robinson for a four through the off side when the bowler pitched short again.
