As Ravindra Jadeja mesmerized all once again in the latest IPL match between Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals, the fans started celebrating the lord on internet. On the other hand, Michael Vaughn raised voice for him not getting a promotion in the BCCI annual contract.
Jadeja being praised by all
Sanju Samson decided to send Chennai Super Kings to bat first in their third match of Indian Premier League 2021. CSK went on to score 188 for the loss of nine wickets. Although Chetan Sakariya, the youngster scalped three wickets along with Chris Morris taking two, they could not stop CSK for less. As the chase started, Chennai could give early breakthroughs by sending Manan Vohra and the Royals captain Samson in 5.5 overs. But Jos Buttler was still there. The English was batting with all the potential to lead the chase for his side. It was in the 12th over of the chase, when Jadeja dismissed Buttler for 49 runs off 35 balls. He continued the good show and took the wicket of next batsman Shivam Dube in the final ball of the same over and it was a clean bowled.
As Chennai won the match, the fans could not stop praising Ravindra Jadeja. Jadeja is making a comeback to cricket through IPL after an injury. No wonder this showcase deserve all the appreciations.

Vaughn questions BCCI
The BCCI a few days ago had released their annual contract list. Jadeja has been put in the A category whereas the highest category had only three names. Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Jasprit Bumrah are the only three cricketers to have managed to get the A+ grade. When the list was released, a lot questioned Jadeja’s selection as according to them the all-rounder could have easily entered the highest category.
After today’s spectacle show in Mumbai, the fans and experts have once again started criticizing the decision made by the BCCI. Former England captain Michael Vaughn also tweeted, “That’s exactly why @imjadeja is so so so valuable to any team … How the @BCCI don’t have him in the top contract bracket is beyond me … !!!!!! #IPL …”
