Rishabh Pant recently made his Test comeback after a 629-day break following his near-fatal car accident in 2022. 

In the first Test against Bangladesh in Chennai, Pant’s stellar performance in the second innings saw him score a brilliant century, marking his return to red-ball cricket in style.

Pant, alongside Shubman Gill, put together a match-winning partnership of 167 runs for the fourth wicket, with the wicketkeeper-batter scoring 109 off 128 balls. 

India won the Test match by a significant margin, taking a 1-0 lead in the series, which they later won 2-0.
