S8UL Esports Clinches Third Consecutive “Esports Content Group of the Year” Award

In a remarkable achievement for the Indian gaming community, S8UL Esports has once again been crowned the “Esports Content Group of the Year” at the prestigious 2024 Esports Awards held in Riyadh. This victory marks the third consecutive year that the content house has secured this esteemed accolade, further solidifying its position as a leader in the esports industry.

Animesh ‘8bit Thug’ Agarwal, co-owner of S8UL Esports, took to the stage to collect the trophy, visibly moved by the moment. “So, this seems like a habit now. It’s our third nomination and a hat trick win for us,” he expressed, beaming with pride. “First of all, super thankful to Esports Awards for having us here in this wonderful city of Riyadh.”, he added. 

He went on to thank the Esports Awards for hosting the event in Riyadh and his entire team back in India, including his co-founders Lokesh ‘8bit Goldy’ Jain and Naman ‘SouL Mortal’ Mathur, for their unwavering support and belief in the group’s vision. “I am at a loss of words today but I would definitely like to thank my entire team sitting back in India; our teammates, our content creators who have helped us get here and my two co-founders Lokesh (8bit Goldy) and Naman (SouL Mortal) for believing in our vision.” 

Animesh was accompanied by two of his team members, Soul Regaltos aka Parv Singh and S8UL Payal aka Payal Dhare, both of whom were present at the podium with Animesh as he lifted the trophy. The excitement surrounding the award was palpable, as members of S8UL Esports hosted a watch party in India, where thousands tuned in to support their favorite content creators. The live stream attracted an impressive audience of 50,000 to 60,000 viewers, all eager to witness the momentous occasion unfold at 2 a.m. IST.

Lokesh Jain, known as 8bit Goldy and co-founder of S8UL, shared his emotional journey leading up to this moment. During his own watch party, he expressed the challenges faced over the past few months, stating, “This year has been an emotional rollercoaster for us. I haven’t been doing mentally well for the last 2-3 months, owing to all the toxicity in the community right now. But this achievement, it surpasses everything. Big thanks to all members of S8UL. It all just feels too dreamy.”

His heartfelt gratitude resonated with fans and team members alike, emphasizing the importance of community support in overcoming adversity.
