The fourth ball of the over was dispatched for a huge six. Positioned perfectly in the slot, Samson stays firm in his crease and hammers it over long-on for another maximum.
On the final ball of the over, Rishad delivered a flatter one on middle and leg, and Samson swiped it powerfully over deep mid-wicket, clearing the boundary fielder with ease. In this single over, Samson racked up 30 runs, hitting five impressive sixes.
Exceptional Innings of Sanju Samson:
The third T20I of the three-match T20I series is entertaining the Hyderabad crowd in the best way. While batting in the first innings, Team India lost their first wicket a bit early. Abhishek Sharma was dismissed scoring only 4 runs. But after that, Sanju Samson and Suryakumar Yadav took the innings to another level.
While opening the innings, Samson was in exceptional form. He showcased his attacking display and playing attacking cricket since the first delivery. He hit the half-century with a massive over-boundary and continued his form.
In 40 deliveries, he completed his first T20I century for Team India. After facing setbacks in previous games, Sanju Samson bounced back in a remarkable way.
