Heading into the playoffs, Leviatán had already guaranteed their Champions berth through Championship Points alone. However, a Sentinels qualification depended on Leviatán advancing through the playoff bracket rather than solely on points.
As fate would have it, Leviatán emerged victorious in their match against KRÜ, effectively granting Sentinels the second Champions spot from the VCT Americas region. With Sentinels and Leviatán joining the ranks, the VALORANT Champions 2024 field begins to take shape.
