The whole cricket is witnessing another exciting clash between India and Sri Lanka at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. After 2011’s iconic Final, both teams are locking horns. India is in a great form. They are winning all the matches and moving forward by conquering the tournament. They are the only unbeaten team in the tournament. Sri Lanka is not in that good position. They were struggling with many losses in previous matches. This is a crucial game for them.
The Fire Iyer:
India has been dominating Sri Lanka in this match since the start. After Rohit Sharma’s out, Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli held the innings. After Gill’s our Shreyas came and started playing attacking cricket. He is in an excellent flow. He was smashing sixes like no way. That is helping India to reach a good fighting total.
Shreyas Iyer hit the longest six in the match. In the 36th over, Kasun Rajitha was bowling against Shreyas Iyer. Rajitha bowled a seam on the length of the outside of the off stump. Shreyas clears the front leg and smashes it into a massive six. That was 106 m long. This was the biggest hit of the tournament.
