After a years-long wait to lift the World Cup trophy has been ended for Team India. In the last match, they won the T20 World Cup after 17 long years. During that time, the attended billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s younger son Anant Ambani’s wedding with Radhika Marchent. Bumrah is on Rest for the Sri Lanka Series:
After 17 years, Team India lifted the T20 World Cup trophy on the Caribbean soil. After having a great tournament, Team India faced South Africa in the final game. The entire cricket world witnessed a fierce battle between these two teams. In the final game, Bumrah grabbed the limelight with his excellence while bowling in the 16th over of the last innings.
However, team India is now gearing up for the upcoming tour to Sri Lanka. Gautam Gambhir will start his tenure as the head coach of the Indian team with this tour. Jasprit Bumrah will not be featured in this series as he has been given an extended rest to manage the workload and resume the upcoming tours freshly.
