This achievement occurred on Day 3 of the Test match against India. Batting at No. 9, Southee played a crucial innings, scoring 65 runs off 73 balls. Before this match, he had hit 89 sixes in his Test career, and his performance in this game increased his total to 93.

Virender Sehwag played 104 Tests for India, amassing 8,586 runs. His impressive record with a total of 91 sixes throughout his career. Ben Stokes leads the record for the most sixes in Test cricket with 131 in 106 matches. McCullum hit a total of 107 sixes during his Test career, placing him in second.
