It’s Delhi Capitals’ day again. On the 12th match of the tournament, Delhi Capitals is facing Mumbai Indians at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. In the match, DC showed amazing prowess and Mumbai Indians struggled throughout the game. DC batters and bowlers dominated the whole match.
Initially, Mumbai Indians won the toss and opted to bowl first. While bowling first, they struggled. Shabnim Ismail got the first wicket for her team. She dismissed Shafali Verma on 28 runs in 12 balls. After that, Alice Capsey lost her wicket to Hayley Matthews on 19 runs. Pooja Vastrakar ended Meg Lanning’s innings with 53 runs. Lastly, Saika Ishaque dismissed Marizanne Kapp on 11 runs.
On the other hand, the DC bowlers started dominating the Mumbai batters. Marizanne Kapp strikes first for the team. She dismissed Yastika Bhatia on 6 runs. Natalie Sciver-Brunt walked away after scoring 5 runs.
