Prithvi Shaw has been a key performer for Northamptonshire in the recent One Day Cup, finishing as the team’s leading run-scorer. The explosive opener accumulated 343 runs across eight innings, maintaining an impressive average of 42.87. Yuzvendra Chahal, meanwhile, made a notable impact in the limited opportunities he received. The leg-spinner played in just one match during the One Day Cup but delivered a remarkable performance with figures of 10-5-14-5 against Kent. Despite these individual successes, Northamptonshire struggled overall, winning only two of their eight matches and failing to advance to the quarter-finals.
