The Mumbai Indians men’s team has wished the women’s team ahead of the WPL. The team posted a video on social media wishing all the teams to do well in the WPL.
Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Dewald Brewis, and Tim David were seen in the video posted by the Mumbai Indians franchise.
Starting from Rohit Sharma, said, “Women’s Premier League is here and I am quite key into see how the season unfolds specially for the Mumbai Indians. We have done extremely well in the auction getting some amazing players and they have got really good support staff as well. Just want to wish them the very best for the season I hope they can go on to achieve really really special this season.”
Suryakumar Yadav energetically motivated the team to do well in the season.
SKY said, “Ali Re Ali ata women’s team Mumbai madhe ali. We are looking forward to see you don the blue and gold and set the women’s IPL on fire.
Ishan Kishan said that the team is extremely talented and full of superstars.
“Hoping for many Ali Re moments on the field. We have got a massively talented team, stars everywhere you look and we know you have got what it takes to bring the cup home so all the very best to all of you,” Kishan said.
Dewald Brewis said, “Can’t wait to see our women representing Mumbai Indians out there on the field it is a very exciting times the MI family is expanding day by day. can’t we to see you out there the best and go MI!”
The video concluded with a message from Tim David wishing the team well.
“We have a brilliant bunch of players playing for Mumbai in the WPL. Amelia, Mat, Harman (are) all among the world’s best. Wishing you all the best of luck for representing our franchise and to all the other players in the WPL. Wishing you all the best.
