Royal Challengers Bangalore completed a comfortable victory over 5-time champions Mumbai Indians on Sunday. After initial celebrations, the team had to immediately fly to Kolkata to gear up for their next encounter. However, ahead of their next game, the team stars were seen enjoying a special activity together. 

Kohli invites the team to his restaurant

In a gathering that will excite cricket fans around the world, Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell, Mohammed Siraj, and Faf du Plessis were spotted dining together at Virat Kohli’s One8 restaurant in Kolkata ahead of their match against Kolkata Knight Riders on Thursday. 

The four cricket stars seemed to be in high spirits as they enjoyed their meal and chatted, possibly discussing their strategies for the upcoming match. The pictures of the get-together quickly went viral on social media, with fans expressing their excitement about seeing these players together off the field.

In August 2021, Indian cricket superstar Virat Kohli added another feather to his cap with the grand opening of his multi-city franchise’s Kolkata outlet. The stylish resto-bar, which was designed by renowned interior stylist Sumessh Menon, spans over a vast area of 4,500 square feet and boasts a seating capacity of 100 covers.

Located at the picturesque Golden Park, the Kolkata outlet effortlessly blends the charm of old-world architecture with contemporary styling. The design elements of the space are a perfect amalgamation of nostalgia and modernity, which create an inviting and warm ambiance that is perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. 

Virat Kohli’s One8Commune has a versatile beverage menu featuring a variety of signature cocktails that are sure to delight customers. Some of the unique cocktails on offer include the ‘Loverture tiki’, ‘Commune no.7’, ‘Yellowtail’, ‘Barrel meister’, ‘POP!’ and ‘Sage Thumb’. These concoctions have been specially created and curated by Neeraj Sharma, the Head Mixologist at the restaurant.
