Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar attended the Ganesh Puja celebrations at Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s residence on Friday evening. His presence made it even more special.

Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations are taking place across India, and cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar participated in Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s Ganesh Puja at his residence. Dressed in traditional Indian attire, Tendulkar joined the festivities. Tendulkar received a special shawl, an idol, and a bouquet of flowers at Shinde’s residence as an honor.

He respectfully bowed to the idol and offered flowers during the prayer. After completing his prayers, Tendulkar took time to interact with the people present at the event. His presence at the celebration added to the joy and significance of the occasion.

Union Minister of Minority Affairs Kiren Rijiju also attended the Ganesh Puja at Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s residence. After that, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde made a post on social media. He wrote, “A traditional Maharashtrian feast was organized specifically for these guests. The ambassadors from various countries enthusiastically enjoyed the Ganesh Festival and also savoured the steamed modaks, which are lord Ganesha’s favorite offerings.”
