India is set to kick off their Super-4 campaign against arch-rivals Pakistan in Colombo. The group-stage encounter between the two cricketing giants earlier this month ended in a no-result due to rain, leading to the match being abandoned without a single ball being bowled in the second innings.

Recognizing the unpredictable weather conditions, the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) announced the addition of a reserve day on September 11 for the India-Pakistan clash. In the event of adverse weather disrupting play, the match will continue on the reserve day from the point of suspension. Ticket holders have been advised to retain their tickets, as they will remain valid for use on the reserve day.
