According to Aakash Chopra Hardik Pandya should be sent up the order in the T20Is to get full benefits from his skills. Chopra thinks that this is how Indian national cricket team can utilize the junior Pandya brother effectively.
Chopra Explains Pandya’s Utilization
Former India opener Aakash Chopra, in a Star Sports discussion told that Hardik Pandya should be promoted at the batting order more often if Indian team wants to use his talent effectively. “It is a very simple thing. If you give the opportunity, then someone will shine. The way he was promoted in the batting order, I think this should happen every time. He was batting too low down, it is an injustice if you keep Hardik Pandya at No.7,” said Aakash Chopra.
A brilliant cameo of 39* off 17 deliveries from Pandya saw him doing a blast at the No. 4 position in the final T20I against England. He has been in pretty good form and consistently delivering with both bat and ball. Even the management hailed him and the captain had commented Pandya could be the all-rounder across formats for Indian National cricket team.

One of the Best in World
Since Pandya has proved to be effective as a pure batsman in many occasions, Chopra believes he should be sent after an early wicket. Chopra further opined that there is no better striker than him currently in the side and he is also one of the best in the world at present.
“Whenever a wicket falls after 10-12 overs, he should be the guy who should come out to bat. He has shown it in Australia and proved here again that there is no better striker than him in India and he is one of the best in the world as well. What is the use of the sharpness of a sword if you keep it in the scabbard,” added Chopra.
