Rahkeem  Cornwall’s Stunning Diving Effort Saves Runs for Team and Earns Applause from Teammates

The cricket stars across the globe is making the tournament more exciting. In a recent match between Barbados Royals and Antigua & Barbuda Falcons recorded a catchy moment. While fielding, Rahkeem Cornwall made an amazing fielding effort which saved a few runs. That incredible effort earned praised from the other teammates.

In the 13th match of the Caribbean Premier League, Barbados Royals faced Antigua & Barbuda Falcons. The fans witnessed an intense clash between these two teams. But Rahkeem Cornwall’s amazing fielding effort grabbed the limelight. 

Rahkeem Cornwall delivered a standout moment during the ninth over. Sam Billings was on the strike. As Maharaj bowled a full delivery to the batter’s pads, Billings expertly guided it towards fine leg. The ball was speeding toward the boundary, seemingly destined for four runs. However, Cornwall’s quick reflexes and timely dive kept the ball from reaching the fence.

Billings only managed a single run, saving the Royals three runs in total. Cornwall’s brilliant fielding immediately earned him applause from both teammates and spectators. His crucial intervention highlighted his impact and commitment on the field.

The Royals Clinched the Victory:

The 13th match of the ongoing Caribbean Premier League turned out to be a dramatic one. After winning the toss, Barbados Royals opted to bowl first.  Antigua & Barbuda Falcons gave a nice start. In the 7th over, Keshav Maharaj broke the opening partnership by dismissing Brandon King in 27 runs. 

After that, Sam Billings and Justin Greaves made a crucial partnership. But Jason Holder dismissed Billings and ended up securing 2 wicket. Naveen ul Haq also got 2 wickets after conceding 34 runs. They stopped  Antigua & Barbuda Falcons in 176 runs. 

While batting in the second innings, Cornwall was dismissed on a duck. But Quinton de Kock and Alick Athanaze maintained a crucial partnership. De Kock missed his half-century just by 2 runs and got dismissed scoring 48 runs in 30 balls. Rovman Powell and David Miller remained unbeaten scoring 15 and 19 runs. The Royals registered a 10-run win following DLS method.
