Walking in at 52/2, Anvay found himself in a challenging situation. The top order faltered, with captain Dhruv Krishnan bowled for a single-digit score and Arush Jain departing for 20. Rajat Baghel’s fiery spell dismantled the middle order, but Anvay held firm. He forged a vital 62-run partnership with Syaamantak Anirudh to stabilize the innings. His efforts, however, fell short of a century as Sujal Parmar dismissed him for 90.
Dhyaan M Hiremarth chipped in with a valuable 37 off 89 balls, pushing Karnataka’s total to 239. The lower order crumbled quickly, with Harsh Singh and Parmar wrapping up the innings. Despite this, Anvay’s resilience ensured Karnataka had a defendable score.

Additionally, he led the scoring charts in the U-14 state league, representing Bangalore’s cVijaya Cricket Club.
