Crazy Fan Intrudes Field at MCG, Tries to Hug Virat Kohli 

The second day of the Boxing Day Test match held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) had an unexpected scene when an over-enthusiastic fan breached the security and invaded the field. The intruder at first headed towards the Indian captain Rohit Sharma who was positioned at slips. He then changed his direction towards the star batter Virat Kohli. The incident interrupted the play for some time which created a lot of noise among the spectators and the players.

Intruder Tries to Hug Virat Kohli 

The fan tried to hug Kohli, but the security in the stadium was very strict. They restrained the intruder before he could even get close to Kohli and the both of them were off the field in a short time. Thus, the interruption lasted only for a short time and the game was not greatly affected by it.

The MCG crowd had already been buzzing with tension due to incidents on Day 1.
