DPL 2024: Most Wickets Updated After WDL vs PD6 Match No. 24

The Delhi Premier League featured two exciting matches. First, South Delhi Superstarz faced off against North Delhi Strikers in a thrilling encounter. Then, West Delhi Lions took on Purani Delhi 6. Both matches showcased some exceptional bowling performances, significantly impacting the top wicket-takers list and adding to the excitement of the tournament.

South Delhi Superstarz Outplayed North Delhi Strikers:

In the 23rd T20 match, South Delhi Superstarz faced North Delhi Strikers. While batting in the first innings, North Delhi bowlers had a nightmare innings. After Siddhartha Solanki dismissed Sarthak Roy in 11 runs, they needed to wait for a long. While Priyansh Arya and Ayush Badoni were making a match-winning partnership, Pranshu Vijaran dismissed Badoni. Siddhartha Solanki ended up securing three wickets. Pranshu Vijaran took 2 wickets in 39 runs. 

After conquering while batting, the South Delhi bowlers played a dominating game in the second innings. Raghav Singh secured the first wicket. After that, he secured another two crucial wickets. He ended with a tally of 3/34. Digvesh Rathi secured two crucial wickets of Yajas Sharma and Vaibhav Rawal. Kuldip Yadav, Vision Panchal, and Sumit Mathur secured 1 wicket each. They restricted North Delhi Strikers by 196 runs and won the match by 112 runs. 

Purani Delhi 6 Bowlers Nailed the Game:

In the 24th match, the cricket enthusiasts witnessed a clash between West Delhi Lions and Purani Delhi 6. While bowling first, the Purani Delhi 6 bowlers showcased excellence. Aayush Singh secured the first wicket after dismissing Ankit Kumar-II. The bowler registered an exceptional spell of 25/4. Yash Bharadwaj was excellent and secured 3 wickets in 44 runs. Prince Yadav secured 2 wickets. They stopped the opponent in 139 runs. 

While bowling in the second innings, the West Delhi bowlers faced a hard time. Saksham Gehlot the first wicket early by dismissing Arpit Rana. After that, Shivank Vashisth dismissed Yug Gupta. Gehlot ended up securing 2 wickets in 22 runs. Rahul Gehlot secured 1 wicket in 30 runs. The Purani Delhi 6 defeated them by 6 wickets.
