Early Life and Domestic Career
- Phehlukwayo won a bursary for field hockey at Glenwood High School in Durban.
- He was introduced to cricket by his guardian, Rosemary Dismore, who employed his mother as a domestic worker.
- Played in the 2014 ICC U-19 World Cup, marking the start of his journey to international cricket.

- In 2015, he was included in KwaZulu-Natal’s squad for the Africa T20 Cup.
