Sanjana Ganesan Slams Trolls for Mocking Angad Bumrah’s Expressions During MI vs LSG Match

Sanjana Ganesan hit back at trolls who mocked her son Angad Bumrah on social media. She criticized people for using words like “trauma” and “depression” for a toddler.

Sanjana and Angad were present at the Wankhede Stadium on April 27. They watched Jasprit Bumrah take four wickets against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the IPL 2025 match.

Sanjana posted a strong message on Instagram. She wrote, “Our son is NOT a topic for your entertainment.” She said that she and Jasprit try hard to keep Angad away from social media.

Sanjana added that they were at the stadium only to support Jasprit. She admitted the risks of bringing a child to a venue full of cameras but asked people to respect their privacy.

Sanjana called the internet a “despicable and vile place.” She expressed sadness that people use serious words like “trauma” so casually.

“You know nothing about our son or our lives,” Sanjana said. She urged people to keep their opinions to themselves. Jasprit Bumrah also shared Sanjana’s message on his Instagram story.

Bumrah’s Four-Fer Powers MI to Big Win

Jasprit Bumrah delivered his best performance of the season against LSG. He took four key wickets, including Aiden Markram, David Miller, Abdul Samad, and Avesh Khan.

Bumrah gave away only 22 runs in his four overs. His brilliant spell helped Mumbai Indians bowl out LSG for 161 runs. MI won the match by 54 runs.

This victory was MI’s fifth straight win in IPL 2025. They briefly moved to the top of the points table before RCB overtook them later that evening.

Since his return from injury, Bumrah has played six games. He has taken nine wickets at an average of 16. His economy rate stands at 7.50 runs per over.
