Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya Train for England Series

Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya were recently seen training together under the lights at Reliance Corporate Park in Navi Mumbai. The duo is gearing up for India’s white-ball series against England, which starts later this month, followed by the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.

Rohit and Hardik’s Viral Training Session

A video of Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya practising has taken social media by storm. Rohit was seen hitting big shots in the nets. He had struggled for form in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. Meanwhile, Hardik was seen working on his bowling for the India vs England T20I series.

Rohit shared the clip on Instagram on his Instagram account. He worked on his defence and even played his signature advanced lofted drives.

Champions Trophy on the Horizon

India’s T20I series against England begins on January 22 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Hardik will feature in the five-match series, while Rohit will captain the side in the three-match ODI series starting February 6. The ODIs will take place in Nagpur, Cuttack, and Ahmedabad.

The ICC Champions Trophy, scheduled from February 19 to March 9, is India’s next big challenge. All of India’s matches will be played in Dubai, with their opener against Bangladesh on February 20.

Rohit Attends Ranji Practice

Earlier this week, Rohit Sharma attended Mumbai’s Ranji Trophy practice camp at Wankhede Stadium. However, his participation in Mumbai’s match against Jammu & Kashmir remains uncertain. If he plays, it would be his first Ranji Trophy match since 2015.

However, there are still concerns over Jasprit Bumrah’s availability. The pacer has been sidelined with a back injury following the Border Gavaskar Trophy. The BCCI selectors are set to meet this week to finalize India’s squad for the Champions Trophy. Mohammed Shami is likely to make a comeback into India’s ODI squad.
