Following their historic T20 World Cup victory, Team India, led by Rohit Sharma, will meet Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. This meeting is set to occur before the grand victory parade and felicitation ceremony in Mumbai.
Shiv Sena leader and Mumbai Cricket Association member Pratap Sarnaik mentioned that this visit to the legislature will be the first for these players and is aimed at boosting their morale and celebrating their achievements.
Mumbai Cricket Association Secretary Ajinkya Naik has announced that the public will have free entry to the victory parade on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. The preparations are in collaboration with Mumbai Police and BCCI, ensuring maximum security and a smooth event.
