ICC Women’s Player of the Month Nominees for March 2025 announced. Here’s the list.

ICC has released the list of nominees for its Women’s Player of the Month award for March 2025. Annabel Sutherland, Georgia Voll and Chetnaa Prasad are featured on the list.

Annabel Sutherland

Annebel Sutherland, an Australian all-rounder, has been in red-hot form in recent times. Sje also won the Player of the Month award in December 2024, just 3 months ago. The all-rounder played against New Zealand this month. She scored 34 quick runs as well as took eight wickets at an astonishing average of eight.

In the last two matches of the T20I series against the White Ferns, Sutherland picked back-to-back four-wicket hauls. She went for some runs in the second last match, but her wickets were crucial. She returned with the figure 4/56. In the next game, she took her best figures in the format. She returned with 4/8.

Sutherland also scored 23* off just 15 balls in the second T20I to power her team to a strong total.

Georgia Voll

Another Australian, Georgia Voll, is a young 21-year old. However, she has quickly established herself on the strong Australian side. Playing against New Zealand, she scored 161 runs in the series. The opener stood second in terms of runs scored in the series, just behind her opening partner Beth Mooney.

In the 3-T20I series, Voll made two half-centuries. In the first match, she scored 50 off 31 balls, followed by a 36-run knock in the second match. In the final match of the series, she scored a career-best 75 off 57 balls.

Chetnaa Prasad

Chetnaa Prasad plays for the USA and is a young 19-year-old talent. She was a major player for her team in the T20 World Cup Americas Region Qualifier campaign. She featured in only 3 matches but took nine wickets. Her average was a mind-boogling 2.22.

She took 4/8 against Vrazil. Next up, she returned with the figures 1/7 against Argentina. Finally, she made her way through Canada’s batting lineup with figures of 4/5
