The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced a star-studded commentary panel for the much-anticipated 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), which kicks off on April 11, 2025.
PSL 10 will begin with defending champions Islamabad United taking on Lahore Qalandars, the two-time winners, in the opening game at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The tournament will feature six teams and span 34 matches, with Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore hosting 13 games, including both eliminators and the grand finale.
The PCB confirmed that former England captain Sir Alastair Cook will make his commentary debut in the PSL, joining the panel for the 10th season.
“Cook will be joined by Mark Nicholas, former MCC President and veteran cricket broadcaster,” the PCB announced in its press release. Nicholas, known for his articulate voice and analysis, has remained a prominent figure in cricket commentary since retiring from the game in 1995.

Speaking after the announcement, PSL CEO Salman Naseer shared his excitement over the lineup.
